According to their website and answering machine, they are open. The open sign is off and the doors are blocked. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this from this business.

Ordered some feet for a stove over 2 months ago and still haven't received them. When I call, I get the same excuse that either he has to check the order status and call me back or they're on back order! I even went in person, and he couldn't find my order having even been placed. Now, after speaking with him, he gave me the excuse that GE is owned by the Chinese and "they'll come eventually!" I finally asked about a refund, and he said that's all he could do because he couldn't get them any faster and he didn't even think he could cancel the order (which I believe is a load of crap!) and he didn't need the stove feet and I explained I couldn't wait and would get them another way because GE customer service said they could get them pretty quickly and his response was "well that's bullshit but ok go ahead and screw me over." WHO DOES BUSINESS THIS WAY?!?!?!?! I will NEVER go here again. What a joke!

Told my husband yesterday that he had a part we need for our dryer. Hours online state he opens at 10:30 - 4. No one at the store when he arrived around 10:35…. He finally left at 11:40 due to no one being at the store.

If your looking for American made appliances for your home then you should get those here. My wife and I got our new stackable washer & dryer here and couldn't be happier. Swing in and talk to Mr. Lamar Bramblett. He is a good honest man that doesn't beat around the bushes.
