Do not accept any quotes until you speak with Daniel and the Masters team. Not only did they give a HIGHLY competitive price and structure, but they carried themselves with honesty and integrity the entire time. The finished work (double unit replacement) is beyond phenomenal They really know their stuff, work diligently and are unusually transparent. Daniel himself did so many little fixes around the units (which were made in ‘03), got us in quickly due to an emergency, and never wore anything but his uniform and a smile. Don’t go with the big flashy guys (Metro), they over quoted us ten thousand dollars. Metro’s marketing does very well at making you think they’re the only choice. Call Masters, ask for Daniel. He WILL take care of you and your family. Big shoutout to Greg (owner and Daniel’s father) and Elijah who helped complete the project so quickly!

I received a referral from a friend who has an excellent experience with Daniel with Masters Appliance Heating & Air this morning. Call them because I had an issue and haven’t had good service with the local company I have been using. I reached Daniel who let me know I’d get a call from their scheduler which was received very quickly. Natalie was polite and professional when she called, asked what my needs were and promptly schedule for Daniel to come out same day. Daniel arrived as expected per Natalie’s updates, and quickly identified the cause and provided the solution. Fortunately he is very knowledgeable and was able to show me and explain another potential issue the other company had done but incorrectly. Highly recommend Daniel & Masters; he is honest, humble, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. The price was fair, and I feel assured my problem has been correctly resolved. Thank you!

Máster Appliance just installed a brand new air conditioner with new duct work in my home .THEY WERE WONDERFUL! I cannot give them enough stars! This is a family owned company and they walked us through every step! They worked diligently throughout the day and night making sure everything was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend them! Their customer service was unlike any other large company and I am so happy that I chose them! Do not waste your time or money on those large corporate businesses! Masters and Daniel were FANTASTIC! We moved recently and had them out for some maintenance work. Our AC was 22 years old so we decided to get it replaced. Masters HVAC is family run by truly nice people. We had another company (with iPads and folders) come give us an estimate but we picked Masters and couldn’t be happier.

I have been calling masters for my HVAC work for years now and the family has been incredible to us. They always go above and beyond and take real pride in their work. This year we decided to install a double replacement for our aging units. We were impressed to see their (more than) fair pricing for what we knew would be quality work. They did the work courteously and efficiently. It is a real cherry on top to be able to support such a genuine family. What we all know about a good mechanic is definitely also true about a good HVAC company and if you need work done I couldn’t not recommend them more.
