Those are the best. Came today to fix my washer and did it in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable with the part in hand. I recommend them absolutely. if they work on your washer they won't level it after the service unless they tell you it will cost you. Moving washer and fixing it doesn't include the any thing else. Like leveling it back after the service. So call them at your on risk. Don't use cash. Now I have to just take it as a loss. I'm disabled with a prosthetic leg. So I leveled it myself. So they not recommended in my opinion. They would not come back the same day to level it.

Went in today with a ton of questions about my old washer. The sales lady was nice, friendly and Answered all of my questions. She wasn’t pushy at all just to make a sale. She was patient and and helped me make the Right choice for me. Can’t wait to receive my washer in the am. very happy! Thanks for all the help. Definitely recommend.

Last week we purchased a refurbished washer & dryer. The price was a great deal considering our budget. Terrance was super personable. He answered all our questions. He went over in detail their 30-day warranty policy. We took our new-to-us appliances home and installed the dryer first. To test it, I pressed the start button and became concerned that when I let go of the button, the dryer stopped. We contacted Terrance who assured us he would swing by on the same day to troubleshoot the issue. Within three hours, Terrance arrived and within 30 minutes he resolved the issue. He also assured us that the visit would not count as a warranty call. He installed the washer and ensured that both appliances worked as promised when we purchased them. Terrance made us a priority and we appreciate his customer service. The issue we had with the start button may have been a fluke. If they don't already use one, I suggest a checklist before they put appliances on the sales floor. However, this does not drop my 5-star rating at all. We recommend S & T Appliance Repair!
