I wish we had bought our appliances from them. We bought them from the Superstore whose service is terrible. Once they’ve made their sale, they don’t seem to care if there’s a problem. They sent a “repairman” to our house to fix our $1600 oven and he didn’t seem to have a clue what to do about it. He told us it wasn’t worth fixing. After living with the erratic temperatures and trying to adjust for baking or roasting for two years, I finally called Bouchard Pierce. Their repairman identified the problem and it was promptly fixed at a very reasonable price.

I purchased a full suite of kitchen appliances, the new fridge had a mechanical issue and the team at Bouchard Pierce swiftly dealt with the manufacturer’s warranty. From the installers to tech service and customer service the professional team at B-P turned a negative product experience into a positive outcome. I purchased a new GE Profile oven and a GE French Door Refrigerator through Bouchard Pierce in Essex Vermont. From purchase through Julia Cozza, to the delivery, was an exceptional experience. Julia handled my multitude of questions with concern and clarity. The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances, and after many measurements, developed a plan of action. I heard no complaints as to the difficulty, they had take off my doors to get them inside. They hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. I will never shop anywhere else, ever.

Peter Brigante has been really great to work with. I’ve worked with this company purchasing appliances for many years now. I recently purchased a new Cafe gas range, Bosch dishwasher, XO hood, and Bosch fridge from Peter. Just ordered new Washer and Dryer as well The Bosch fridge had a ding from the factory on the door so Peter ordered a new door no problem and got it swapped right out in a timely manner. I was impressed Highly recommended to give Peter a call👍🏼 I’ve been very pleased
