Shannon was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us to a Miele dishwasher that fit our needs. Great selection and buying experience. Installation was bumpier but ended well. Make sure you ask the scheduler to give you the experienced crew. The first installation visit installed the machine visibly crooked. To their credit they sent their ace installer back out to straighten it and everything was fine. Very happy with the Miele dishwasher, it works great. Word of warning though -- the Miele "rebate" is worthless. It is impossible to get. Miele outsources rebate administration to a foreign company that is a bureaucratic nightmare to deal with. It's been 2 months and still haven't received the $200 rebate after multiple calls, emails and serial number photos. My advice -- ignore any Miele brand rebate because you'll win the lottery before you get it.

The worst appliance purchasing experience I have ever had! Stay away! I bought a top of the line Fisher Paykel dishwasher ($2300) which I had at two previous houses in another state. The dishwasher is great but the installation and experience with Cocoplum was horrible. The installers did not know what they were doing at all and installed it completely off center and bent the brackets. Then when I arranged for them to come back to fix it - they set up a date and time - I made arrangements with work to be home and they never showed up!

We are very happy with our Frigidaire over the stove black stainless microwave. Ordering, delivery and installation went smoothly. We got our Frigidaire black stainless stove from them. Because that all went smoothly along with removal of the old appliances I plan to do my appliance shopping with Coco Plum Appliances. Great customer service! I highly recommend them! And family owned!

We moved into our brand-new house in January 2025 with all our appliances coming from Cocoplum. We chose them because they service what they sell. This December we had a problem with the microwave and called them to schedule a repair. Very pleasant talking to the scheduler and got a quick appointment. Derek who is very pleasant and knowledgeable came and fixed the microwave, so they do repair what they sell! Highly recommend them!

My husband and I had been to several other non-big box appliance stores and none came close to Cocoplums service or selection. Shannon and Rick gave us their patient, gracious attention for as long as we needed. Shannon has an encyclopedic mind and memory of all their products, the facts of the industry and how the appliances work. She is incredible! They both listen to our needs and desires and our responses to each stove they showed us. They would then take us to another stove that would be even closer. We got exactly what we wanted and needed through their careful guidance. Won’t ever go anywhere else. Thank you Shannon and Rick. It looks awesome in our kitchen and is a dream to use.
