My much beloved Bosch dishwasher (only 4 years old) was damaged after being moved around too much during a kitchen renovation. My contractor offered to pay for a new one and directed me to this company. The model I had was not available - only lower end Bosch models - so I went with what they had. It has been a NIGHTMARE. This dishwasher is a piece of crap. Pieces have fallen apart, the tracks on the door - for rolling the bottom rack out - have become dented, it randomly shuts off mid-cycle. I am SO fed up with this dishwasher that despite only having it for 2 years, I am ready to replace it. Even a Bosch repair person who came to look at it due to it being oddly installed (it is tilted oddly outward and the bottom rack is therefore prone to sliding complely out of the machine) was puzzled at the quality of this so called Bosch machine. It feels like a fake. I will not go to this company ever again for an appliance.

After getting zero help from Home Depot or Maytag on a defective one year old washer, I purchased a Speed Queen washer from Express Appliance. Best decision I ever made. Courteous service, fast delivery, and I couldn’t be happier with my Speed Queen - it was worth every penny. Update: I have since replaced my equally bad 2 yo Maytag dryer with a Speed Queen dryer from Express as well. The door was installed backwards and they came the next day to fix it. I will never get another appliance from a big box store again and I highly recommend Speed Queen and Express Appliance as a local appliance dealer.

After having an awful experience with Lowe’s and their delivery drivers, I found out about Express Appliance. I knew which washer and dryer I wanted and was able to call the store and ordered them over the phone. I was able to schedule a delivery for later that week and my experience with the delivery driver was a complete 180 from what I dealt with at Lowe’s. Express’s delivery driver was great; super friendly and he’s been with the company a long time and really knows what he’s doing and is very efficient. I would highly recommend Express over one of the box stores in the area, especially if you’re going to have your appliance delivered to you.

I found they had better prices than the big box stores and faster delivery times. I also had a great experience because after ordering an appliance I was miraculously able to repair my existing one and didn’t need the new one. They were willing to cancel the order for me for a full refund which was really kind since they had already ordered it and gotten it to Vermont. Honest & reasonable—highly recommend.

Had our washer die on a Friday night. I have two kids under the age of four and couldn’t go the weekend with out doing laundry. I called the big box stores and got no help at all. Stoped at one and they had nothing in stock and everything was back ordered. My brother in law suggested Express Appliance and the experience was great from calling ahead and getting someone competent on the phone to loading it in my truck. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Can’t go wrong with a Veteran owned local business.
