Roger absolutely saved the day and came out right away to help me fix my washer/dryer combo even though it is a brand he doesn't typically service. I am going out of town and was in a real pickle trying to figure out what to do and couldn't get ahold of any other repair companies. I would highly recommend calling Marcotte. They are amazing!

Excellent experience with Marriott’s appliances. They answered my initial phone call away, came the same day. Was thorough, gracious and helpful. Kept me informed as he waited for a part to in and then prompted scheduled follow up to install and complete the repair. We are grateful for the excellent service!

They came to service my dryer. However they could not find the problem. So I got bored and fixed it myself. Called back to let them to know what the problem was that was stumping the tech. Lady on the phone asked me why the **** would I call them if I could fix it. I told her that I was busy, and I wanted to support a local business. So they hung up and ver reciever a bill from them. In short, they failed to diagnose a bad thermostat - this is a part you can test if it works by checking continuity of the part using a $5 multimeter. Part it's self was $5 bucks.

Amazing customer service. They take care of all our appliance needs: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge. On more than one occasion, it has been Mr Marcotte himself performing the work. He's in an out and I have yet to call him to fix a repair he made. Everything he does is top-notch work with great attitude. Thanks for everything!
