Some good prices & some good finds. Store is a little messy and disorganized, but staff was very friendly. Thank you to the clerk that help me getting my large bags of potting soil. Went to the back, got a flat cart, rang me up, then took the cart outside & loaded the bags into my car. She was very friendly.

I was calling to ask a simple question of if an item was in stock and the lady on the phone was sassing me and we were like okay maybe she’s just having a bad day. After she answered are question aggressively we said okay thank you for looking have a nice day and she hung up straight away. The customer service here is lacking I would rather drive 45 minutes to fond du lac then driving 15 minutes to neenah. I understand people have bad days but do better. Would not recommend.

Every single time I come here there is only one person working and the line is so long, people start pushing there carts to somewhere in the store and walk out

A pretty cool store with lots of neat finds. I got two 15 pound bags of lump charcoal for only $6.99 each which is an insanely good deal. They have a really huge selection of books and bedding stuff if you're into that, as well as a plethora of small grocery items and all other sorts of things. Very similar to Big Lots except the prices are better and the inventory is rotating on a frequent basis like a TJ Maxx does. The associates were friendly too, I'll definitely be back!
