I wanna give a huge thanks to Alberto he just came today and got my dryer fixed he did it so fast and very kind and respectful and outgoing guy he even picked up the lil mess he made and went above and beyond and even fixed a huge dent that was on my dryer before even moved into my apartment the dryer had a dent on it and I asked my property to fix it and they refused and said as long as it doesn’t effect the performance of the dryer that’s wasn’t necessary to fix and that it would cost a lot to replace the peace and Alberto fixed that dent with the same pice that was broken did an outstanding amazing job Thank you A & K for having such great employees and service 💯👌🏽🙏🏽👏🏽

I recently had my dryer repaired and had a great experience. The technician Alberto already seemed to know what the issue was, got right to work, and was very efficient in fixing it. He was also friendly and easy to talk to, keeping me updated as he went and making sure I understood what was going on. After completing the repair, Alberto clearly explained what the problem had been and what he did to fix it. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even took care of a few extra things that weren’t originally part of the work order, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond what I expected. Much thanks to Alberto and his handyman skills!!!

*edit* Nice response from the company, that this is fabricated from a competitor. That's why I totally posted pictures of your work truck making an illegal turn. If you provide an email address I would be more than happy to send you the video of the incident. But judging by your response, the management of this company is probably just as terrible as the knuckle draggers I encountered on the road. I just had a lovely experience with two gentlemen that work for this company. 07/21 at 5:10pm. I was making a legal uturn on Colfax at Simms, the driver is this company truck made an illegal right turn from Simms to colfax on red in front of me and almost hit my truck. After I honked they both flipped me off, they then proceeded to call me derogatory names and tell me to follow them to a parking lot to fight them. 2 guys, against 1 woman, real big tough guys. If these are the type of animals they are hiring to make deliveries I would be extremely concerned to have them in my home. This company may want to remind their guys if they are in company trucks they may want to behave a little better on the road. I've attached a photo of the Neanderthal that almost hit me, as well as what my light looked like with no "no u-turn" sign.

I had been waiting to get my new dishwasher for our family since September 2024. Today I won the lottery. The management company for our complex hired A and K appliances. The 2 gentlemen that came to install the dishwasher Jordan and Ramon were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. If any of my friends need an appliance contractor I will have them contact you. And even better, when the gentlemen finished and left I found a complimentary pack of Cascade dishwasher soap. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
