I had an excellent experience with John and David! They came out to install a washer and dryer in one of our rental units, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, respectful, and communicated with me every step of the way. There was an unexpected delay because another technician had called off, and then their vehicle had mechanical issues while they were out in Brighton. Instead of leaving me wondering what was going on, they called right away, explained the situation, apologized, and made sure I knew they hadn’t forgotten about me. They understood that I needed the appliances installed before my new tenants moved in, and they still made it out the very same day. Once they arrived, they were courteous, asked questions when needed, made sure everything was installed correctly, and tested everything before they left to ensure it was working properly. They also noticed insulation and dust that had fallen on top of the dryer and asked where I wanted them to put it instead of making a mess. That level of respect for someone else’s home really stood out to me. John and David went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and communication. They’re a great team, and I highly recommend them!

So far so good. We haven’t received our refrigerator yet, however Francisco was GREAT! We haven’t received a smaller space and I thought we’d forever be stuck with a top bottom unit. They had a 30” wide PG with water and ice and $1000 less than anyone else. Placed a deposit easily over the phone and off we went! It’s a little hidden gem in Lakewood and better reviews than any big box store. Looking at a dishwasher next! Thank you!!
