Daron was amazing! He fixed my nasty dishwasher/disposal blockage. It was so gross I couldn’t look. I do dumb things and Daron is always on hand to fix things. He’s quick and knows exactly what to do. On another occasion he came over to fix my dryer and went above and beyond with a very old dryer. I highly recommend Appliance Science to anyone who has service needs or is in search of quality appliances. They are first rate!

Spoke with Dan this morning. I called asking for a part for my washer. He then explained how to troubleshoot to fix the problem. He could of most definitely sold me a part, I didn't need!!! He was honest enough not to make a quick buck and troubleshoot my problem. This company is honest and not our to take your money. Thank you so much Dan

They took the time to clearly explain the issue, provided straightforward recommendations, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs or services. The customer service was outstanding — responsive, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping. You can tell Darrion and Melinda truly value their customers and take pride in their work. Their knowledge and expertise were obvious, and they answered all my questions with patience and confidence, which gave me complete trust in the process. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is reliable, transparent, and highly skilled. These guys are really thorough and very honest. They talked me through my issue over the phone and were clear about the issue and how much it would cost to repair. I eventually just replaced my ice maker and even then they were trying to talk me out of the sale and make sure that I was certain we had identified the correct problem. They got a great price for me on the replacement part and it fixed my problem.

These guys are right on. I had been looking everywhere for a refurbished stove and found Daron on Facebook marketplace. He put it on hold for me until I could come in the next day. Great prices, great products, and on time delivery and install. They even took away the old one and didn't tack on fees for haul away and a power cord for the stove like I've seen other places do. I highly recommend working with Appliance Science and their stellar team 👍
