The two delivery men were efficient, polite, and respectful of our property. I would buy from Appliances4less again. I would have the appliance delivered. Very pleased with the process from beginning to end.

Reggie and Dave were awesome. Got my washer dryer tower installed, leveled and running beautifully. Even made sure it ran successfully before leaving. Great experience, great folks. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service, delivery guy from Alabama, was great, very cordial. They were prompt, delivery window was 4-6, they arrived 355, was in and out in 10.

Very happy with our experience here! We have gotten a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, reasonable prices and brand new, barely noticeable scratches which is why it is affordable. Everyone is so kind, no pressure when you’re in the store. They deliver, Mae sure everything works, and haul away your old device. Definitely recommend checking them out!

We purchased a washer and dryer here and were very disappointed with the service. The most frustrating part began after we chose the appliances we liked and decided to buy. At first, Maggie told us that delivery was free — that was a key reason why we returned and chose to go through with the purchase. But during the buying process, she asked what floor we lived on. When we said the 2nd floor, she suddenly mentioned it would be an extra $60. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely unpleasant — especially because this fee wasn’t explained clearly upfront. When we first visited the store, we saw another washer and dryer carefully wrapped, and we assumed that’s how all items arrive — already protected, either from the supplier or the store. That gave us more confidence to purchase from here, even though the units we chose were sold “as-is” at a reduced price. However, after a long wait, what we received was completely unwrapped, with more scratches and a noticeable dent. We were never offered the option to have them wrapped — something we assumed would be standard, or at the very least something we’d be given a choice about. This felt careless and unprofessional. To make things worse, when the delivery team arrived, we had to argue with them to actually carry the units up and install them. They acted as if they wouldn’t complete the job — just because we might end up unsatisfied. But that’s not our fault. If the store had done everything properly from the start, this would’ve never been an issue. At this point, we would appreciate a solution — whether it’s a partial refund, a proper replacement, or assistance in resolving the damage and delivery issues. We are still open to working this out, but we expect the store to take responsibility and offer a reasonable resolution.
