The washing machine part was installed incorrectly, which created a bigger issue than the original problem. I then had to wait three weeks for another appointment, only to be told the day before that additional parts still needed to be ordered. In total, I was without my machine for five weeks. On top of that, the scheduling staff were consistently rude and dismissive on the phone. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I am writing to share my outstanding experience with your company regarding my recent dishwasher purchase and installation. If I could rate your service higher than five stars, I certainly would. I want to give a special shout-out to Caleb and Doug C. for their work. From the easy transaction to the fast delivery, insat and removal, the entire process was seamless. The installation and removal were executed perfectly. (thx Doug) I must say that no matter who is working that day when I walk in (over 15 years) it's always good. If not Caleb, Caleb's Aunt, or Caleb's Aunt's Mom, or her husband, whos' been to my house dropping picking up a few times. That whole family business raises the bar for all of the other new & used applicance sales and service business in the Denver metro area. Yes. I have purchased all of my appliances from them over the years because of how hard they work as a family-owned business to ensure customer satisfaction. While a couple of you may have different experiences, mine has always been excellent, and I find that their appliances last forever when purchased directly from them. Thanks to Aurora Appliance for being better than ALL of the others.

Shadier than standing under a redwood tree. Crossed paths with them through my home warranty company. They tried to immediately chisel me for payment well ahead of any services rendered - completely against the clearly stated rules of the home warranty. Judging by the other reviews... looks like this is just how they operate in general.

Disappointing service and misdiagnosis Our home warranty company hired Aurora Appliance to repair our kitchen hood exhaust fan. They came out twice and diagnosed the problem as a motherboard issue. We paid the service fee and the home warranty paid for the motherboard replacement, but the fan still did not work after the repair. After that, they claimed the problem must be "electrical" and told us to call an electrician. We brought in an electrician who quickly identified the issue as a burned-out fuse inside the appliance itself -- NOT an external wiring problem. Unfortunately, after learning this, Aurora Appliance refused to return to complete the repair or take responsibility for the incorrect diagnosis. We then had to seek another appliance company, who was able to replace the fuse, and the fan works fine now. We wasted time, money, and effort due to their error and poor follow-up. The lack of accountability and communication was very disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend their services if you expect accurate diagnostics or reliable customer service. I can now see why this company has an overall 1 Star Rating, do not use them.
