I had an outstanding experience working with Austin at the Colorado Blvd location. He really went above and beyond and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and kindness. What stood out most was his dedication to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Austin's attention to detail and commitment to his customers deserve recognition. Great business and awesome experience! Our dryer died last month and we decided to skip the big box stores and try Appliance Factory. I'm so glad we did! Jhon was great to work with, super professional, and didn't try to pressure or upsell. Let me tell you this man knows his appliances! We are super happy with our new stackable Electrolux! The delivery team was great, from the phone call the night before to the text updates about their arrival communication was constant. They treated our house and new washer / dryer like their own! Then, with Black Friday a few days away I saw our unit was on sale for $200 off. I called to see if it was possible to price match. Before I even had the chance to give him my order number Adam searched me by phone number, looked up my order, and started the process. He even called me back to confirm my credit card and tell me when to expect a refund! At every step of the way Jhon, Adam, and the delivery team exceeded our expectations. We will be back for a new range after the holidays!

The sales person was great, but trying to get service on my brand new washer/dryer is a joke. I received a confirmation email for the service appointment, but apparently this was only a request even though the word "confirmation" used and was given a confirmation number. I'm not out a half day of work that I spend waiting for the service appointment. I can't recommend purchasing from the Appliance Factory.

Purchased a washer and dryer on 9/27. The dryer has a major issue with the drum, which was known to Appliance Factory on 9/5 as shown by a repair invoice that was included in the documents when they delivered the product. The problem was not fixed but they sold us the dryer. It makes an extremely loud noise when we run it, as if there is something loose and tumbling around inside the unit. Let’s hope they make it right and I can edit this review. But right now, 0 stars for selling a knowingly defective unit.
