I have no particular issues with Appliance Factory Fine Lines other than they push you to purchase the extended warranty. While I normally never do that, I did since they convinced me that the cost and complexities of these appliances would justify it should something go wrong. While 3 of the appliances are just fine, unfortunately for me, the refrigerator did need service. The extended warranty is completely worthless. The warranty company is through Product Protection Plus, and they use Brand Source for their appliance repairs. Brand Source is completely horrible to work with, unanswered and dropped calls, weeks between service appointments (they said they only service the Denver Metro area 2 days per week), they don’t seem to keep parts in stock, and they don’t call when parts do arrive. With each repair service, the appliance seems to get worse rather than better. The part of the warranty that says they will replace the appliance if they can’t fix it, is a joke. 8 weeks of not working, 4 parts, and still not working - does not qualify you for anything. Please don’t purchase the extended warranty – no matter what the salesperson says. Should something break, you can have some control over getting a qualified professional to service your appliance.
