We buy here a lot but they missed our delivery. I ordered over a week ahead so they could be there on the day I had off. Their “fix”, after waiting for an answer for an hour and a half the day of, is that I keep another entire day free so they can deliver at whatever time they want. HD can tell you where in your window they are how many before you, etc. AF can’t even tell you what day.

I called and Will responded with kindness, patience and thorough service discovering one at the warehouse as well as helping me seal the deal for my new washing machine for my family. Although this was not in person, it felt like we were working through the sale as if we were in person. I experienced a classic sale for a classic washing machine! Thank you, Will! I needed a weird shaped fridge. My mother has opinions about what a dishwasher should be. They were able to cater to both of us. 👍🏼👍🏼 Open box items looked great Also this is my first major appliance, Kristin was able to walk me through what I would need to do/know before purchasing, and when the best times were. The store manager was in the day I bought my fridge, and made sure I got what I was looking for.
