The AF delivery process is extremely flawed and they don’t make efforts to take responsibility for the problems this creates. At 8am on day of delivery, I was called by the driver to confirm delivery of my fridge. Then at 11am I was notified by their text system that my delivery was 6 mins away. I then heard nothing for over 30 mins. I called the driver and found out my appliance never made it on the truck. After several conversations with my sales person (all which I had to initiate) and 2 hours of waiting, I was told delivery would not be until the next day and nothing else could be done. I could have lived with that, but based on their confirmations , I had unplugged my fridge, shifted contents to a cooler and removed the doors to facilitate moving it through the narrow stairwell (i was told they charge for any work on the doors) . It cost me 2 hours to reverse this process and save my perishables. AF offered nothing to help me with the predicament their communication process created. Funny thing… someone else had warned me a week ago to not buy from this firm as they too had had problems. I now wish I had listened to them. Buyers beware.

The parts department is amazing. I haven't bought any appliances from here but I use the parts department often and they are absolute pros. They're happy to give advice and work with you to find the right part and they're always honest. I've had them talk me down from an expensive part I thought I needed to a less expensive part to try first and it worked and I appreciate that. They're not here for profit, they're here to get you the right parts and that's why I go to them for all the appliance parts my apartment complex needs.

Fantastic experience! Had a new microwave delivered, old one removed, new one installed, tested, and old one hauled away, all in under 30 minutes! Thomas Edwards and the Springs team were not only incredibly communicative, they were professional, courteous and best of all, reasonably priced! 10/10, would recommend to a friend!
