Came out to write a review of my online order after receiving top level customer support. My order arrived with the wrong items. I emailed them and Paige got back to me so quickly. She apologized, sent out the correct replacement the same day, emailed me the tracking number right away, and even told me to keep the scents that were sent by mistake. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how a company handles it that matters, and they handled it perfectly. The whole thing was easy, stress-free, and honestly just refreshing. Great customer service is hard to find these days.especially for an online order. Thanks again, Paige. You've definitely made me a loyal customer.
