Bodega Appliance

Friendly folks but sketchy business practices. First, they cut the serial numbers off the products, so you can't get manufacturer support or product history... recalls, defects, theft, etc. Second, after we settled on the price & delivery and I was coming to pay, they called saying someone offered higher and I'd have to pay more immediately, via mobile. Hope you have a better experience, but I was sketched out and bailed. They even did the old salesman cliche: "let me call my boss" then "I've never seen him go so low!"

Very impressed with my experience at bodega appliance. Got a great washer/dryer at a great price. Worked with Jesse who was very knowledgable and helped me choose exactly what I needed. Delivery was professional- showed up on time, communicated when they were on their way, set it up and hauled the old one away. Highly recommend all the way around.

I meant to write this sooner. This appliance store is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The delivery/install technicians are extremely professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the techs and their ability to install all four appliances without issue. Let me tell you, they work fast. The ladies I have spoken to over issues with registering my kitchen appliances with the manufacturer (manufacturer website stinks) has been reassuring that I purchased from the right store. I recommend ApplianceSmart without reservation. I will be returning at some point to upgrade my old dryer because they have earned my trust and repeat business.

Appliance Depot is great! We picked up a washer/dryer set that was really reasonably priced. Delivery was easy to arrange and quick. Unfortunately our washer immediately had problems. Fortunately, Appliance Depot is awesome and promptly sent out their tech. He couldn't reproduce the issue so he said to just keep them updated. Well, the problem returned so another tech came back out with some new ideas. They ended up replacing a couple other parts and it fixed it! I am so grateful for their hard work in resolving the issue. Jesse kept in touch with me and assured me they'd take care of everything. Our experience with them has been excellent!
