I guess they don't make them like they used to. Purchased a washer dryer stackable unit in mid April 2026 with a 120-day warranty. By first week of May 2026, the dryer started shutting off power after 2 minutes of running. Called and service techs came out stating problem and told us the part needed to be replaced so they had to order it. For the month, we only could wash laundry but couldn't dry the. Luckily, a relative lives next door so we were able to dry our laundry at this time. Beginning of June 2026, the part is in, atech came out and replaced the part, after 1 minute, the entire dryer now is not getting power. Was told to call the office. Received a call back same day was told, they found a replacement dryer and they would install it the next day. Replacement dryer got here even though is wasn't same brand but seemed to barely work. Washed two small loads, the dryer took 8 hours to dry the first load and the washer leaked water from 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Next morning called the office, was told a service tech would be out in two days...NO SHOW!! I will never purchase or refer anyone to this place. Practically ripped us off for these appliances. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had purchased a dryer from the 84th Ave location recently. I still have the warranty on it, but i called about an issue with it. The person I spoke with told me that if it's still working that he would charge a service fee to come to the house. This was not the type of customer service I thought they should have shown me as a customer.

The list of issues goes on with this delivery. Truly a mess from start to finish. There was zero introduction or basic professionalism, just a rude attitude and a clear rush to get in and out. It felt like they were trying to cut corners the entire time. This all could’ve been avoided if they had just done the job properly, like taking the fridge doors off instead of forcing it through. That’s literally what I paid for. On top of blatantly failing at their job, they also damaged my house. There are visible chunks of my door scattered across the floor, and the door frame has been broken. Resulting in my screen door not closing or latching. And if property damage wasn’t enough, they extended their lack of care beyond my home. The two “workers” tossed balled-up duct tape in the middle of my street, as well as leaving fridge parts in my front lawn. That’s just careless and disrespectful. I took a full day off work for this, paid for the service, and ended up with damage, stress, and more work for myself. This wasn’t just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable.

I have used Front Range a few times in the past years - but they have gone down hill. I ordered a fridge that was filthy upon arrival (renters ended up cleaning it) - I talked to the manager who let me know he’d credit me (nothing ever came of that promise). I recommended them to a client who wanted a good deal (there prices are good) and same thing happened to her - even after asking if it would be cleaned before delivery. It arrived filthy, with a broken water filter hose. My client called and they got her a new fridge that was not as nice and didn’t offer a refund. I will never refer them again - really disappointed as I used to have great experiences.
