I had a great experience with JZ Appliance. I bought a fridge from them, and on the day of delivery they reached out to let me know the original unit wasn’t working properly. Instead of leaving me hanging, they upgraded me to a more expensive fridge at the original price. There was a small broken part on the new fridge, but they ordered the replacement immediately . They followed through on everything they promised, and the whole process made it clear I can trust them. Highly recommend!

Jorge and his crew have done an amazing job installing a very large range hood with a long vent up past the rafters and through the roof. It has been a multi-day job, on top of installing appliances in the main kitchen and home pub, and a basement kitchen. Very good work, nice, courteous, efficient workers. They have been very nice with accommodating my rotating of three puppies back and forth between work areas, as it's been too cold for the pups to be outside. Highly recommend.

JZ's team was amazing. They conquered the task of hanging this giant and very heavy custom hood with the utmost care and attention to detail. They were extremely professional and careful not to scratch or mark up the patina of the hood which was so important. I was so impressed by these guys and we will definitely do business with them again!
