Lynn Cunningham Appliance

I have to vent On April 19, 2021 I paid Lynn Cunningham $834.70 to replace a compressor on my 20 year old Amana refrigerator. I could have bought a new one, but I really like this one. I figured a new compressor and I'd have another 20 years - or at least something more than 13 months. I called Lynn Cunningham yesterday - 16-May-2022 - to say that the compressor had stopped working (everything in the refrigerator was warm, freezer items were thawing out). After leaving 2 voicemails (several calls that I specifically had to press a # for service/billing) I got a call back. The service rep told me that the parts were covered for 1 year and I could arrange another service call for compressor replacement that would be a minimum of $650.00. I told her that they had already been more trouble than they had been worth. Yes - a 1 year warranty is 1 year. This was 13 months. If I had an expectation that a new compressor would last less than a month after warranty expiration I would never have had them attempt to fix the refrigerator in the first place. I will never use Lynn Cunningham for anything again!

Lynn Cunningham Appliance installed GE appliances for our kitchen remodel, coordinating with our contractor. BJ helped us pick out a great color, black slate. The prices were the same or better than Home Depot. I was impressed by the fantastic service offered by BJ and the installation crew. The dishwasher and microwave were back ordered due to stalled manufacturing during the pandemic. The shop installed loaner appliances for us to use until the ones we ordered came in. Working with them was a joy.

I was very impressed with Lynn Cunningham Appliance and the service technician, Mr. Harper. I had recurring problems with my Whirlpool refrigerator and it finally became necessary to call out a professional appliance repair company. Lynn Cunningham worked me in as quickly as they could. They showed up when they said they would. Mr. Harper was clearly very knowledgeable and quickly determined the real problem wasn't what it had seemed to be. They ordered the needed part right away and came back out the day after it came in. I asked Mr. Harper to call me a few minutes before he arrived so I could get my dogs out of the way and he did so. He was very pleasant to work with. The pricing was reasonable. Highly recommended.
