Ken and Carlos quickly diagnosed what was causing my top load washing machine to fill but not start the agitate cycle to wash the load. They had all the parts needed to fix the agitator gave me upfront pricing and had it working again in an hour. The price was fair and honest PLUS a 90 day warranty for parts and labor!
