Rick's Appliances in Commerce City is absolutely great. Over the years I have used them to repair my appliances and to purchase used appliances for my properties. They have always provided excellent service and the appliances I bought from them were delivered promptly and worked well. It has always been so easy to deal with Rick's and I am confident they will take care of my needs.

Usually had good experience with these guys. I found out from another repair company they messed up my dryer in a reapir i had them do.They used the incorrect parts and my drum is broken because of it. Basically put Chevy parts on a Ford. This damage now is not do to usage. I called Rick's to make it right and was told it was out of their warranty window even though this was caused by them installing incorrect parts! I do not recommend!

Highly recommend. Landlord was using them for years and now that we pay for maintenance for our new washer and dryer we called Rick's ASAP. They were able to send a tech to help in just a day this was a couple of weeks ago. But everything was done so perfectly and the price was super reasonable I had to leave a review. They sent Mr. Chuck who did an ABOVE AND BEYOND job installing the gasket into our washer again. Super cordial, knowledgeable and fast with his job.

My refrigerator wasn't working & the Samsung company was useless to the point of giving me a headache. The service company Samsung sent my appliance problem to wasn't going to be able to even take a look until a week later. That was UNACCEPTABLE for me & I started calling around for quotes for coming out to help me either yesterday or today. Rick's Appliances was willing & able to help me ASAP.
