DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. They are legit running a scam. They sold me a washing machine that was leaking within a day or 2 of use. Took several days for me to get ahold of them to come out and repair. When the guy repaired it with a used part off his truck he said and I quote “ I hope this holds up” it did in fact not hold up. A couple months later broke in the same part. I called for a month straight (it was a small leak so I just rocked with it) no answer, no returned calls nothing. I finally called blocked and got ahold of the guy and he gave me attitude like it was a me issue. He then said to send him the pic of the issue and he will get back to me. A week later nothing. I am calling the better business bureau. This place is a scam and like others have stated you can’t get ahold of anyone. It’s just some dudes cell phone when you call. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Review for Smart Appliance Solution ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very frustrating experience with Smart Appliance Solution. I arrived for my scheduled 10:00 AM reservation to pick up a U-Haul, only to find the place completely closed. I called their number six times, but there was no answer. The sign on the door suggested calling for assistance, but it turns out they were parked in a motor home nearby and not available. This lack of communication and accessibility is incredibly inconvenient. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere—don't waste your time here! I would give a no star if I could!!

Came to pick up our uhaul at 9:30, and found locked doors and a hand written sign that says they’re in the motor home and to call a different number not listed on Google. Call the number + business line over 6 times with no answer. Knocked on the motor home door. Almost 10 am and the Uhaul customer service also can’t get ahold of the person in charge. Meanwhile I have to move and my reservation time started already. Waiting on hold to see what to do. Do not rent uhaul from this location. Owner is unreachable during so called open business hours
