Specialty Appliance

We stopped in here on a lark, looking for a washer & dryer, after having been to the other options in the area (another local retailer and a big box store.) We are SO happy we did. Every step of the way they were helpful, cheerful, communicative, and reliable. The delivery crew was the best. They have earned our loyalty for whatever appliances we might need in the future.

Spectacular experience from start to finish. We knew going in what we were wanting but Audrey was able to provide some alternative suggestions when the part of the appliances we were hoping to get were going to take longer. She was an absolute gem to work with, and was quick to respond and resolve a minor hiccup with our delivery. The delivery teams with Nixon and Dustin, were so wonderful. They were careful in delivering our appliances and with our home; making sure to lay out mats and such to protect our floors, wiping appliances down after install so they looked sleek, etc. They were patient and made sure everything was secured and worked properly, and made sure our questions were answered. After a crappy experience with Lowe’s, Specialty Appliance was a breath of fresh air. We never had to worry when or if they would show up, and when there was a small issue, it was quickly and efficiently handled. Specialty Appliance has our business for life, and will come highly recommended to our friends and family if they are ever in need.

Excellent experience with Specialty Appliance. I found the machine I wanted at a decent price. David Kuxhausen was attentive and responsive the entire time. We did have a small issue during delivery, but David made sure the issue was resolved, and was again very attentive and communicative during the process. Will ship here again.

Specialty Appliance is an Awesome company. We purchased a out of box refrigerator scratch and dent unit a nice GE model. 2 days after delivery the compressor went out. We called them right away and they had a new in the box model at our door within Hours of the call same day. Removed the broken unit and installed the new one. Great installation personnel. The customer service is second to none.
