Martin and Gustavo were wonderful. They arrived on time, made my windows shine and my deck look like brand new. I will be using Subz-zero again!

We've had a Wolf range for almost 20 years and a sub zero fridge/freezer for a few years. They are exquisitely designed and the fabulous performance makes me happy every day. Today I had to phone support with an issue in the app. The gentleman I spoke with was outstanding - helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I highly recommend!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but Ferguson really disappointed us and when given the opportunity to make it right, they didn't. I understand supply chain issues, but the poor communication and rescheduled installation dates was beyond frustrating. They rescheduled us 4 times citing supply chain issues. In the end it took almost 17 months from order to our last appliance was installed. And I get it. Supply chain issues are a thing and I understand, but why set an installation date without knowing the inventory is en route? Then when our last piece finally arrived, Kent emailed us and said he wanted to bump us up in the schedule so no one takes our freezer. Like that's a thing? The installers might give away your freezer to someone else and then what, you get rescheduled. Then, when we finally had a real installation date, they didn't show up! My wife sat at home all day waiting for them and they never showed up. They said Kent rescheduled us without our knowledge. The installers send somewhat threatening text messages to confirm your installation date, stating you'll be charged $100 if you cancel within 48 hours. They canceled on us within 48 hours twice! Ferguson asked how they could make it right and I asked for the equivalent of about a 1.25% discount on our purchases which I thought was more than fair. They offered half of that in return. Keep it. High end appliances should come with high end service and that's not what we got.

We have been waiting since July of 2022 for our new subzero fridge. Kept calling and they kept pushing the arrival back. They finally had an estimated arrival 14 months later at the beginning of October 2023. The installers showed up on 10/6 and said that the space for the fridge was TOO BIG! They said once we fixed it they should be able to come out in 1-2 weeks and left. We had the space fixed within 2 days and contacted then to reschedule. They now tell us that they were over 3-4 weeks out on install now. We will have waited over 15 months now for this fridge. It seems they only care about getting fridges to the new home builders and would recommend looking Also, prior to delivery they never bothered to tell us that he had to be exactly 35.5" wide (not 37" as it was). To rub salt in to the wound they also had the nerve to charge us $125 for a site visit and told us we had to fix it. It is unclear to me why they couldn't do a site visit prior to delivery to make sure the
