Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable associates. Unbelievable variety of products in many price ranges. Definitely a one stop shop for bathrooms, kitchens, appliance, lighting, etc. No amount of photos can can show the variety and amount of products on display. A must stop location. You will NOT be disappointed!

Went looking for 2-way shower diverter. Waited for over 30 minutes while the single desk clerk assisted another costumer who was shopping like he was at hobby lobby. CSR never called for anyone else and never even acknowledged I was there. Once I finally reached the counter it took another 20 minutes for the CSR to tell me he couldn't help. Didn't have what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and order what you need online prior to going. Not impressed.

I'd love to give them a great review but unfortunately I went through the phone menus, then sat and sat and sat on hold to ask a product question. Called back twice. No one ever came to the phone. So I hung up and looked elsewhere. They might be the best place in the world but not answering the phone is a bad sales strategy!
