I won’t even give them one star. This company is unprofessional and outrageous. I have a small doorway and I made this clear when arriving at the store. The fridge I chose had dimensions written on it , WITH and WITHOUT the doors. I specified the fridge I chose would fit WITHOUT the doors. Everything was fine and hunky dory. I PAID for the fridge they even told me if I got approved for the third party leasing, they have a PROMOTION to WAIVE delivery fees. lol. This is where things get crazy. Asked me if I had help at the house to help with fridge. I said yes my contractor is there. They scheduled me for during the day and specified they would be there in a little while. This was around 10:30-11 am. Well 6 pm rolls around and all my help leaves because guess who hasn’t showed ? Yep. So they showed up at around 8:20 pm. They told me over the phone when I called to check in because I said some of my help left. One of My buddies was still over. Their words were “ no worries we have two strong men coming” ok. So they arrive. I said I have to take the doors off first of both fridges (new and old) and they said ok. I start removing the screws to the fridge. They up and start leaving and say “call us when the old fridge is out” I looked at them and I am a 4’11 small woman. I said how am I gonna do that without yall. I’m sure you can imagine the rest. Well. I told them nevermind take the fridge back. They took the fridge back and when I called to cancel and terminate the lease , they refused until I paid a delivery fee ? What fee? I got into it with them against my better judgement as a single mom who has been scammed more than once since moving to Florida. So now they won’t cancel my lease for $800 because I won’t pay the delivery fee that was waived due to promotion for approval for leasing. Lol. Do not use this company they will make things up as they go. They argued with me on the phone that I was the one who lied about the doors ? I feel as though it’s irrelevant because I understand their policy of not being able to touch the doors for liability reasons but come on the men could have hung around for 5 minutes and help me haul it in? And now to be difficult won’t cancel my lease upon request I do not have the fridge by the way because they want to take more advantage of a desperate single mom of 2 and demand a delivery fee that was non existent before our misunderstanding or disagreement whatever you want to call it. Joke. These people are a joke. -10/10 attached is the fridge with. Both dimensions. Meaning the doors are perfectly detachable

TLDR: not worth the risk I purchased a used fridge from Emilio over the phone, and arranged same-day delivery after being told everything has been tested in good working order. When fridge was installed, the delivery driver and I noticed the display for ice/water dispenser wasn’t working. He called Emilio and confirmed a nearly identical fridge was on the same delivery truck he came in so we agreed he would just swap them. This second fridge, a little gross inside but nothing I couldn’t handle, turned on and the display for ice/water dispenser was working. The next morning, I opened the fridge and it was warm…sounded like it was working, but wasn’t keeping cool - and because it’s Sunday now, there’s no one answering the phone. The following day, fridge number 3 arrives, and the drawers do not sit in the tracks properly and the driver (random guy with a flatbed trailer hired drop it off) agrees they don’t belong to that model. Fridge #3 had been on its back at some point, so I was instructed not to plug it in for 2hrs after sitting back up right, so can’t test it right away…. I wait 2hrs, plug in and 12hrs later, both fridge and freezer are reading at temps way above safe range. I notify Emilio and he doesn’t respond. I continue to call, and finally a woman answers who is quick to remind me that they don’t do refunds even though every appliance they’ve brought has been broken. I look online and realize that I missed reviews outside of Google that describe this company as a scam. The next day, I get a call from some guy Carlos asking what time the repair man should arrive - tell him I won’t get home until after 6. At 2:30, I get a text from Emilio saying the repair tech is there 🙄 Repair tech ends up coming back late that night and repairs the fridge. TLDR: not worth the risk

If I could add more stars I would graciously give this business 10 stars. I purchased a washing machine from them a couple of months ago and I completely forgot to write a review for them at that point. Today, I went and picked up a dryer from them and once again I was given all the same fantastic customer service that I was given a few months back. I didn't have a lot of time to spend on this so I called yesterday to let them know what I needed. The super kind lady actually took some pics of dryers that she had in stock and sent them to me. She had what I was looking for in my price range and put my name on it until I could get there today. I was once again thoroughly satisfied with my purchase, the price and especially the fantastic customer service. These are the greatest people to work with and the warranty they give you is super fair considering you are purchasing a used product. I am so glad I found this business and I tell everyone that I know about them as I do not believe you can get a better deal anywhere in town with a greater group of people than right here at Payless Deals.
