I just purchased my first appliance through this company. I was very satisfied speaking with Sonny. I received immediate attention and was taken to a washer that would fit my needs and my budget. The next day the washing machine was delivered by Steven and Ross. They were very quick and very efficient in getting it taken care of. Thank you one and all! Too early to give five stars , as I haven't made it through the warranty period yet. But four stars based off of what's happened so far!

Received excellent customer service, hands on tour of the appliances and all questions answered to my satisfaction. Eric was on site and is highly recommended for great service. Thank you Eric. Delivery day went well. Will and Dane did a fantastic job installing and answering questions. We are greatly satisfied with their excellent customer service, and their quality skills. I needed a dishwasher and compared MVP to the big box stores. All totaled, they were right in line. The difference is MVP gives you a more personal one-on-one experience. Steve was my salesperson. Easy to deal with, no pressure and knowledgeable. Denise set up the delivery and was helpful when I had to make some changes. The delivery guys (Angel and Will) were professional and made sure everything checked out before they left. Overall a great experience.

MVB was amazing, especially Steve! We were in a real pickle when our washer suddenly quit, and I remembered having a great experience with MVB in the past, so I reached out online. Within minutes they called me, and unbelievably, I had a brand-new washer delivered within the hour! The delivery team was quick, professional, and made the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was better than other options I found in the area. Excellent customer service, fast response, fair prices, and genuinely great people. It’s so refreshing to find a company that still takes care of its customers like this. I can’t recommend MVB enough and will absolutely use them again!

I walked in to the store today just to look at a few things. I was immediately helped by Steven. Informative, no pressure sales. I truly appreciated that.
