VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED BRAND NEW SPEED QUEEN APPLIANCES FOR FAMILY COTTAGE UP NORTH. THE WRONG KIND WERE DELIVERED, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT THEM DUE TO GUESTS COMING TO USE IT LATER THAT NIGHT. THEN THE DRYER WASNT HOOKED UP CORRECTLY SO IT KEPT TRIPPING THE BREAKER. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ABC I WAS PASSED AROUND AFTER FIRST BEING TALKED TO LIKE IM A MORON AND DONT UNDERSTAND WIRING. THEY TRIED TO PUT IT ON MY OUTLET, THEN SAID WEDNESDAY IS THE ONLY DAY THEY ARE IN THE AREA, THEN THAT I HAD TO CALL SPEED QUEEN FACTORY SERVICE. ON HOLD FOR HOUR ALREADY WHILE WRITING THIS. ABC STILL BASICALLY A BUNCH OF WASHED UP USED CAR SALESMEN PUTTING ON A FRONT AS HIGHER LEVEL.

Really weird experience here. The sales rep (Matt) followed us around and wouldn’t leave us alone. He asked us to give him our drivers license to start financing when we were just browsing furniture and it was rather uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing a couch that we really liked but weren’t given an accurate price upon leaving and have had to call the store back multiple times about things that weren’t explained to us when we were actually there. I don’t typically leave reviews but this was an overall bad experience and I will definitely not be coming back.

Mike was outstandingly helpful. Assisted us in finding appliances that both fit our needs and our space. Wended up with a new Oven, Refrigerator and Washer/Dryer combo. Even set up deliveries, hook up, and removal of old appliances, as well as protection plan for 5 years and rebates from energy and manufacturing totaling over $275 back to us.
