Fantastic Customer Service from Sale to Install. 'Same price Better Service' seems to be their tag line, and it couldn't be more accurate in our experience. I'd pay slightly more for better service, and to buy from a local, reputable company. Still, I peeked around and couldn't find a lower price on the dishwasher we were looking for elsewhere. The service/experience was among the best we've had. I wouldn't consider purchasing an appliance anywhere else in West Michigan.

From beginning to end, we were very pleased with the service we received from Bekins. The salesman (Ethan) was knowledgable about the store's products, recommending the one that would best serve our needs. All on the team were kind and professional. The servicemen did not depart until I was satisfied with the installation. We are satisfied with the refrigerator, price paid and the experience of doing business with them. Quality, first-class company!

We were very. impressed with the knowledge our sales person had regarding the washers and Dryers we were interested in. In addition we felt like all of our concerns and questions were answered. Their prices are as competitive as any other store and they have their own service department. Something that others do not have, and we have experienced what that means regarding service. We will definitely be buying our appliances from Bekins in the future.
