They are helpful, friendly and do a great job. My carpet/floor cleaner, needed a tune up. Now it works great!

We just purchased two vacuums from Vac World. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and recommended just the right products for our needs. It’s so nice to be able to still make a purchase from an independent shop that stands behind the products they carry and provide repair service should we need it. We would strongly recommend Vac World.

This used to be a good place. A few months ago I took my vacuum in because I ran over something with it. They told me it couldn't be fixed and offered to recycle it. I thought that was strange but it was old so I let it go. A month later I took my second vacuum in for the same reason. They said that one couldn't be fixed either and offered to recycle it. I said I would think about it. I never heard back. I am sure it is gone. I stopped in recently to ask about a donated one and was totally ignored by the employee behind the desk. I stopped by one more time yesterday to ask again and was told they wanted $30 to look at it and it would cost about $100 to check it out and clean it up. I won't be going back. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. I just found out the company was sold 2 years ago and is under new management. I guess that explains it.

*STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS! Brought in my Symplicity vacuum for repair. They insisted it needed a long list of repairs, which would be almost $400! After saying no thanks 10 times, I was finally able to pick up my vacuum, which was in a bunch of pieces, and bring it home, and put back together. Come to find that there was a small bolt nut in it, and that was the problem. Nothing actually needed to be repaired. This place prays on people with no clue and pressures them into repairs that made up. Probably why there other 2 stores closed. Hopefully this one does soon! They guy that works there is the worst employee, and won't stop talking, which Liars always do.

dropped off vacuum for repair. was told 5-7 days. day 7 I called for status and was told it has not been looked at yet. 2 weeks I called again and was told estimate was $150. I gave the go ahead to repair. 3 weeks I called for status, told they needed one more part and it would be ready in a day or two. I waited 7 more days and just showed up to pick up vacuum whether it was done or not. It was ready. Mind you the entire month they had it no one ever called me. They didn't call with the quote or to tell me it was ready. Phone calls were all made by me and calls were not polite on their end. I will never return there for business.
