Gerrits Appliances

Gerrits is terrible. We spent a fortune on appliances (sub zero, wolf etc) and all we've had are issues. I could do a weekend seminar on how bad Gerrits is. It seems like they're more interested in screwing the manufacturers than helping actual customers. Service is the worst I've ever experienced. Beware of dealing with these people. Just responding to the BS from Gerrits. Gerrits has a bunch of emails and phone messages regarding our issues. I have an idea for you, ask your service department, sales team and customer service. They'll fill you in. Trying to play dumb on Google reviews just makes you look dumber. Have a nice day.

I don't know the name of the guy that delivered our fridge but he truly went above and beyond what my husband and I were expecting. We had gotten to Gerrits late at around 4:30/4:40. We had found a refrigerator that was exactly what we were looking for. Because of the late time we knew that the chances of them delivering it was very slim. However, he was very willing to deliver it to our house. My husband had originally asked for him to just bring it in our driveway because of the late time but he said he can bring it into our house, take our old refrigerator out, and also take another old one out. It meant a lot to us that he was willing and also super friendly about going over the closing time to help us out.

Super excited about our new speed queen dryer and washer that’s American made. Christian and Ben who delivered in were awesome, polite, careful, and very informative. Best delivery of appliances I've had thus far. They arrived on time and were quick to get the job done but not rushed and showed me how the washer and dryer worked with good tips for the first load.

The delivery and installation crew from Gerrits were friendly and courteous. They worked together well and efficiently and competently prepared the spaces for our new appliances prior to installing them. They took the time to explain some of the features, tested our cookware and cleaned up after themselves. It was altogether an enjoyable experience with two interesting guys.

Gerritts is awesome. They are that “hometown “ store that gives you personal service. Ben was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory, brands, and products. He promptly returned phone calls, answered questions and gave us a great customer experience. So pleasant to work with! We ran into delays with our kitchen remodel and Ben worked with us to hold the appliance delivery until we were ready. The courteous young men who deliver and install the appliances are just as great. Coordination and communication was excellent from start to finish. Customer service with Ben and Gerritts is above and beyond ANY. I usually don’t go on and on with reviews LOL, but I’d give them a 20 on a scale of 1-10.
