Black and White Appliances

Our home warranty company sent out a local company to fix our washer... 2 trips same tech.. no results :( PLEASE KEEP READING... THEN They has Black & White Appliances come out. WOW! What a difference!! The technician was incredible!!! He located the issue, had the part ordered and actually came back when he said he would to finish fixing our washer! We are so happy with Black and White Appliances, I dont think i will ever need another appliance company!! Great at communicating, follow thru, knowledgeable, on-time and friendly!! Thank you 😃

Well, it’s nice when you deal with professionalism, honesty, and integrity! Hats off to Black and White Appliance! We have used them for other appliances and always had good experiences. This lady experience continues to earn our trust. Had an ice maker problem, and got someone out in two days. Assessed and ordered ice maker. Following day the freezer went out. They had a seasoned serviceman come out and unfortunately it was going to cost a ridiculous amount for repair. Honestly, he said,”We can’t guarantee this problem might not rear its ugly head again. You really need to seriously look at replacing.” It’s crazy to replace a GE Cafe’ series after less than 6 years, but that’s the case. They took off the first service fee! Integrity, professionalism and honesty… all the way!

I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. They have taken almost three months to fix an issue with the washer in my unit, sending multiple technicians who have either left without a diagnosis for the problem or with jobs unfinished. The last technician, Brandon, left blood and tissues in my washer and ghosted me when I asked what had happened or if the washer needed further repairs. The person in charge of scheduling and the owner are very nice people, which is a shame because the actual service quality from the technicians is trash. The communication is so poor that you have to call dozens of times to get updates on a single job and they still cannot give you an answer or resolution. If you want to avoid a massive headache and loss of time/energy, avoid this company.

Edit: My mother finally got in touch with the owner and they replaced her unit still don't like the fernley manager. We will see how this unit goes. Dont use this company there machines will last just long enough to make it past the 6 month warranty. They ripped off my elderly mother. They sold her a machine that lasted barely 6 months and the machines parts were obsolete. They said they refurbished the machine but I dont know how they refurbished a machine when the parts are obsolete. They told her tough luck. THEY ARE SCAMMERS DONT TRUST THEM.
