Absolute lack of professionalism. Said they would send out a tech. 30 minutes after he was to arrive, I called. I was told he was on his way. After another 30 minutes I called again. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told I needed to reschedule because of issues with the maintenance vehicle. Most upsetting was the fact that I was never contacted to be told this. Instead I was dishonestly strung along until I continued to call them. This place does not deserve anyone’s business. Marty’s is in Gardnerville, but so worth the extra 15 miles. They are honest, professional and priced right.

The guys that delivered my refrigerator were very polite. They made sure they didn't get water anywhere and didnt harm any furniture on the way and out. This company was super accommodating to my needs to make sure I had a refrigerator within two days of purchase. I will go there and buy my next appliance. Great customer service.

Our freezer went south and we were in a bind. All the big box stores couldn’t deliver anything for two weeks, and nothing big enough in stock. Then we remembered Northern Nevada Appliance. Laura greeted us as we came in, what a pleasant and knowledgable lady. They had freezers in stock and could deliver in two days. Plus, Laura looked up what the big box stores were advertising the same freezer for (which was on sale) and offered us the same price. Martin, who delivered our freezer, was super nice and very helpful making sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Next time we need an appliance we will be going to Northern Nevada Appliance first.

I had called due to a washer leak in one of my rentals. Jeff responded to the call and quickly found the issue and repaired it. He called me after he was through and apprised me of his findings and the cost. He sent me a link so I could pay and get my receipt. Very professional he and did a great job. Thank you Jeff!

My house came with a range from a no-name brand that when it stopped working, was unrepairable. The day finally came where the range quit on me and I needed something quality that would last and quick! I called Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet and spoke to Maureen who found me exactly what I was looking for and at a great price, thankfully! For a reasonable fee, they were able to get it delivered/installed in 36 hours. I was able to do everything over the phone/text which is a blessing if you’re on a busy schedule. Small businesses where you can still get great service like this are awesome and you should absolutely spend your money there when you can. I wouldn’t have been able to get this price or delivery timeline from any big store.
