Best price I could find (online or local)! Superb customer service. I ordered a range online. Super easy process. I was called within minutes to arrange pick-up or delivery. It was delivered curbside FREE the next day exactly as promised. The two young men who delivered it were polite, professional, and pretty humorous. I will recommend Sargents to everybody I know.

My washer’s motor took a whole dump on me. I had called a few other stores that fix these issues and all they wanted was $$$ and lots of it. I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Steven who was actually HONEST with me. He did say that he would not be able to 100% diagnose my issue over the phone. But from what I explained to him he was able to give me a few different reasons why my washer was not working. And if I didn’t have a “I’ll fix it myself” husband I would have 100% taken it here. This place is honest and will not tell you that your blinker fluid is low. It may be a smaller store but the knowledge and service is the best you will get in Northern Nevada. Thank you Steven !

We bought our washer and dryer 5 years ago. The washer was making a strange noise.We contacted service and scheduled a repair person. The tech came out and identified the problem. Some parts were ordered and the repair was complete.The best part of this repair was the time it took was within 1 week. And the repair was under warranty.The whole staff were professional and efficient.

we went in looking for a dishwasher late Saturday and we were glad they were still open. This was the 3rd place we checked for one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. I didn't catch his name but right away the guy with all the tattoos help us, he was very knowledgeable. Don't judge a book by the cover people, he was great. Everyone there that we talked to has great customer service. Yes we bought one, my wife loves it, we will be back for other appliances as we need them. They also let us bring our old dishwasher back for recycling for free. Thank you guys very much.
