Have some questions on a new BBQ you want to put in - he knows all the ins and outs of performance and installation. Very customer oriented. I visited the store three or four times, with many questions about the various brands of BBQ's. Michael was very helpful in assisting me with selecting the best unit. I was replacing a unit in an existing island. Didn't know a thing about how to pull the unit out, required measurements etc. Purchased the home last year and the outdoor BBQ needed replacement. Michael answered all of my question, gave me enough information that allowed me to find a unit that is going to make outdoor BBQing fun this summer.
