I wanted a refrigerator so I stopped by Sam's. He had a branded knew one, I said I would take he said 500.00. Let's go write up the invoice. I said can I call someone to load it for me. I just live down the road my boyfriend could be here in 10 minutes well he wrote up the invoice. He told me no. He wanted me to pay and come back another day an get the refrigerator. I said than I don't want to pay for it if I can't take it home today.. I didn't want to play games trying to pick up my refrigerator. Than Sam told me that same refrigerator would be 600.00 next week. I just said thank you for your time. I don't recommend Sam's appliances to anyone. Don't waste your time or Sam's.

NEVER GO HERE Sam the owner was so rude and no matter how many times I gave them my connect they always lost it and he was rude on the phone in person he had my tv for 2 months before even giving me any information about it then after he told me what need to be done and we agreed on the price and everything told me he would give me a call by the end of the week but nothing. So when I called him he said that it will now cost more if he can even fix it at all and when we ask for it back he told us to pick it up next week. I dont know how this man is in business but I cant believe someone think this is an okay way to treat there customers.

I called and left a message. No return phone call. 24 hours later I called again. Finally reached Sam. Sam cameout to my residence to repair my washing machine. The first thing he did was pull out a screw driver to pry the front of my washer machine off. I asked if that would scratch it. He told me it may scratch it or even dent it. I told him I'm pretty particular about my appliances and did not want scratches or dents. Sam then stated "perhaps I can't help you", packed up his tools and left without saying goodbye. Very rude! Very unprofessional!

BEWARE - The owner of Sam’s Appliance created a problem with a frig I purchased for a property I manage. After selecting a used frig and paying a delivery charge, the owner got into a disagreement with the tenant and left taking the frig with him. When informed of this, I returned to Sam’s Appliance store and asked that my money be refunded. The owner said he would NOT refund my money and offered no solution to the problem. I arranged for the tenant’s friend to pick up the frig. The owner of Sam’s Appliance was rude to me, the tenant, and the tenant’s friend. He did not make this transaction easy or pleasant for anyone. I wish I had read the other review’s first; I would have gone elsewhere and paid double for a new frig but would have saved time and would not have had to deal with this sad, unhappy man.
