Bought an over the range microwave and carried it out. After install, we noticed a defect on the inside of the door. We sent them pictures. They said would order a new door and install it free of charge upon arrival. This never happened. Bought a washer, dryer, and fridge. They delivered the fridge with a small dent in the freezer door. The washer quit working less than two years after purchase. We called for help and got none. They will resolve nothing after their failures. They should be 0 stars. Make your life great again and never shop here.

Amazing service, amazing products and amazing staff! Zach, Cory and Matt were extremely welcoming and treated us like family from the minutewe walked in the door. We needed new kitchen appliances and are so glad we found Czyz's Appliance. Everyone there, especially Matt Treptow was very helpful and guided us to purchasing our dream kitchen at an affordable price. The personal service and knowledgeable staff regarding products, far exceeds anything you would find at a big box store. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AND I WANTED TO WARN OTHERS! We purchased a top-of-the-line Cove dishwasher and paid for professional installation. The technician was in and out in roughly 15 minutes, which should have been our first red flag. Fast forward one year: the dishwasher is completely loose. When we open the door, the entire unit tips forward. We called, they came back out — and a year after that, the exact same problem returned. At that point, I had to ask myself: why would we expect a different result? My husband decided to disassemble the unit himself and discovered the root cause. A properly installed dishwasher requires 6 mounting screws. Ours had 2 — and the bracket those 2 screws were drilled through was broken. We were never given the remaining hardware. Ever. He contacted the manufacturer directly, who promptly shipped the correct parts. He then had to engineer his own solution to fix what a paid professional should have done correctly from day one. however the broken parts are still broken I am fortunate my husband is handy. Many people are not. This is exactly why shoddy installation work is so dangerous — most customers would have no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. I will not refer anyone to this business, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen. We worked with Matthew at the Reno location, His product knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was second to none! We are so pleased with our purchases and the follow up provided by Matthew. In addition the delivery and installation team were so polite and respectful of our home. The installation was flawless! We would highly recommend Matthew and Czyz's for all your appliance needs. Great people and service.
