I purchased my zline appliances just under three years ago. I designed a beautiful kitchen in my brand new home. Unfortunately, after the house was built and the appliances were professionally installed, we had problems with the dishwasher, the microwave, and the the convection oven, all needing service. Zline customer service is the absolute worst. You cannot reach a human to talk to and their service response through their website is slow at best. It tool over 4 days to get a response. Now, less than 3 years later, the Ice machine in the refrigerator doesn't produce ice, well, not consistently. It will go for 3 weeks without producing ice, then all of a sudden, it works normally. I tried to get service in my area, and guess what, nowhere to be found. Worst decision I've made on appliances ever. They look amazing, but it's cheap Chinese crap in the end. Buy Viking / Wolf / SubZero, or if you don't want to go to that price point, LG is the way to go. Super disappointed in what was supposed to be a great American product. Zline should be a shamed of their customer support, especially at their price point!

Had a misunderstanding with the 3rd party extended warranty and the company refused to cover a physical damage on my ZLine microwave. Reached out to ZLine directly for help to fix the problem knowing very well that it is no longer on manufacturer warranty. After explaining the problem and misunderstanding of the extended warranty, ZLine sent me a brand new microwave as a one time courtesy replacement. They didn’t have to but they did. Can’t thank ZLine enough. Great company and fantastic customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with ZLINE products overall. I purchased multiple items expecting high-end quality and reliable performance based on the company’s marketing, but unfortunately the functionality of the products did not meet expectations. Several of the appliances did not perform as they should and required troubleshooting much sooner than would be reasonable for new products. The biggest frustration has been dealing with customer service and warranty support. When issues came up, getting assistance was difficult and the warranty process was not straightforward or helpful. Responses were slow and the solutions offered did not adequately resolve the problems with the products. When purchasing appliances at this price point, customers expect both quality products and responsive support if something goes wrong. In my experience, ZLINE fell short in both areas. Based on my experience with product functionality and the warranty/customer service process, I would strongly recommend that potential buyers carefully research alternatives before choosing this brand.

Apparently "Attainable Luxury" means "Cheaply made appliances that look pretty on the outside." All 3 of our ZLINE appliances have failed in some way after using them for less than 1 year: - Dishwasher freezes and is unusable if you interrupt the wash cycle. You have to flip the circuit breaker off/on to fix it. - Range/Oven had a tray that had paint bubbling and chipping off. Had to get a replacement tray. - Refrigerator gave an E6 error code and wouldn't stop beeping. Now the ice maker isn't working and all access to settings are unavailable on the display. They're shipping out a new part and sending a service tech to fix it. *** UPDATE: The dishwasher had an error less than 2 years in, and we couldn't use it for over a month until it was fixed. *** The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is that their customer support has been pretty good. Aaaand at the same time, I shouldn't ever have to contact support. It should just work. I would 100% choose a different brand if I were to do it again and would not recommend anything made from ZLINE to anyone.

Very poor experience with Z Line. Purchased a 42 inch exterior range hood, installed it into a pergola only to find out that the fan does not come with any kind of cap that prevents rain from entering the fan and damaging everything below the fan. Just got off the phone with customer service and I was told I needed to fabricate something to fit it and they had absolutely no other answer to this problem. Paid $1800 for this fan and now I need to "figure out" something to prevent rain damage. Pretty poor solution, in fact, that is anything but a solution. Be very careful when evaluating ZLine products. It's just really hard to believe that a company that "specializes" in these products did not think of a solution for this common issue with an exterior fan, just awful. Photo shows sunlight coming through th etop of the fan above the motors, not good and a terrible design, poorly thought out.
